Remote Assistance
We believe that heat pump remote monitoring (which we prefer to call "remote assistance") has a significant role to play in improving the delivery of heat pumps across social housing. We believe it can contribute to improving the tenant's experience of the heat pump, while also saving social landlords money by reducing call outs.
For this reason we have been carrying out a review of the different remote assistance technologies provided by heat pump manurfactuers. This has been collated to produce the remote assistance disemination material that can be found on our Resources page.
We have tried to contact as many heat pump manurfacturers (and third-party heat-pump remote-monitoring compainies) as we can, but we are aware that there are many others out there that we have not yet been able to talk to.
